I am a Welsh based professional surface designer, painter and print artist from Cardiff, South Wales, UK. My background is a mixture of Jamaican and Welsh which can sometimes have influences within my work.

I have a degree in fine art. During my time studying I did a speciality in photography, which was based in the print department so took various workshops such as lino printing and screen printing. After having my three children I started working digitally doing mainly wall art but slowly moving into repeat patterns. Perfect for someone who can doodle all day!

I have always loved the aesthetically pleasing. And have been described as quirky which I think is a massive positive for an artist as we are always looking to create difference. I love shapes, forms and a good pop of colour, and could look at colour charts for hours.

From this passion Fruitegg studios has been founded and I got to put all my favourite things into one place. I create playful prints and repeat patterns for all kinds of businesses, helping them to attract customers, clients and that window shopper who will come back. I really get a buzz out of showcasing my artwork, prints and repeat pattern, and seeing reactions to it, which is definitely intoxicating and gives me the drive to find new and exciting ways to create.

As well as surface designs I also paint (digitally) wall art which is sold through an Etsy shop. Which is another aesthetic item I can offer for homewear.
